Working 4 Utah - New Hours of Operation
On Monday, August 4, 2008, we extended hours to better serve you. Our hours are: Monday – Thursday from 7 am – 6 pm. (Please note in house fingerprint services are available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)

• PSI, our testing vendor, is now accepting applications to take the Hunting Guides and Outfitters examinations. Candidates will be able to take the examinations starting on November 19, 2009. The Candidate Information Bulletin and the application can now be found on the Hunting Guides and Outfitters web page.
• Applications for a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor license can be submitted at any time; however, no licenses will be issued until after January 1, 2010.
• For those professions that can prescribe Controlled Substances, please take note that the "Utah Clinical Guidelines on Prescribing Opioids for Treatment of Pain" are now available, and you are able to take the anonymous informational quiz here.
